Our Products
UHPC Brass Coated Fibers
Microscopic diameter and exceptional tensile strength are ideal for micro-crack control and high-performance concrete and ultra-thin panels.
Glued Hooked-End Steel Fibers
Collated hooked fibers for superior anchorage with clean mixing and uniform dispersion.
Loose Hooked-End Steel Fibers
Discrete, unbundled hooked fibres for maximum flexibility and anchorage in large-volume and general concrete reinforcement.
Flat Crimped Steel Fibers
Flat Crimped Steel Fibers are low-carbon reinforcement fibers with a flattened and wavy profile, designed to enhance crack resistance, flexural strength, and energy absorption in concrete.
Galvanized Steel Fibers
Galvanized Steel Fibers are low-carbon steel reinforcements coated with a zinc coating to improve corrosion resistance and enhance crack bridging, load transfer, and ductility.
Round Crimped Steel Fibers
Balanced anchorage & dispersion are ideal for high toughness and improved flexural performance.
Stainless Steel Fibers
High Melting Point, Chemically Stable, Superior corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and enhanced structural integrity.

FAQs
SFRC is concrete with short, discrete steel fibres uniformly dispersed to carry tensile forces after first cracking: it’s used where controlled crack-width, post-crack toughness, impact/abrasion resistance, or fatigue performance are required (e.g., floors, pavements, tunnels, precast, water and marine works).
Fibres can reduce or replace some conventional reinforcement in certain elements when designed by performance, but they do not universally replace structural rebar; an engineered design must define how fibres supplement or substitute steel based on loads, detailing, and code paths.
After the matrix cracks, fibres bridge crack faces and provide residual flexural tensile strength, limiting crack opening and helping maintain serviceability and durability.
Dosage is set to achieve a target residual strength (post-crack) and service crack-width; final values come from design calculations and verification tests on trial mixes, not from generic rules of thumb.
Hooked fibres offer high pull-out resistance for slabs, pavements, and precast; brass-coated straight fibres are often chosen for thin sections/UHPC and repair mortars; crimped fibres balance bond and workability: stainless crimped (SS-304/SS-310) is preferred for water-retaining, marine, or chemically aggressive exposures.
Typical diameters range about 0.2-1.0 mm with multiple lengths to tune aspect ratio; selection balances performance (bridging efficiency) and workability (mixing/placing).
Fibres can reduce workability as dosage and aspect ratio increase; adjust mix design (paste content, admixtures) and follow proper sequencing for mixing and placing: SFRC can be pumped and finished with standard methods when mixes and procedures are tuned.
Individual near-surface fibres can oxidize; this is generally cosmetic and does not propagate like conventional bar corrosion; for water or chloride-rich environments, specify stainless fibre variants and appropriate cover/finish requirements.
SFRC enables joint optimization and, in some systems, thickness reductions when engineered to performance targets: joint layout remains a design decision tied to loads, base/subgrade, shrinkage, and saw-cut strategy.
